For my Parimatch review I spent ages just looking at the website and testing its functionality. I think the desktop website looks OK, but I have seen other websites like Matchbook UK that benefit from a slightly more modern design and better layout.
The colour scheme is the iconic yellow and black scheme from the Parimatch logo and that looks fine. I also think they do a decent job of making the main site categories easy to access. I think the casino section could be separated a little better from the main website as it does almost blend in with the sportsbook, and it’s clear that Parimatch UK has definitely put more emphasis on the sportsbook section of the site.
If you open the casino section, beneath the main scrolling header you can see a list of the different game categories such as slots, poker, Megaways, and daily jackpots, which I found really useful. I don’t particularly like how the game thumbnails are presented though as the graphics look a little messy. Still, from a usability perspective it’s fine and I never had any issues finding the games I wanted to play.
For the sportsbook, I think the layout is better presented than some other sites and the information doesn’t feel too overwhelming. When you open a specific sport category such as football, you can see a summary of the feature games and then click on the different categories to see more info - it keeps things minimalistic and lets you expand as you want.
While I do sometimes play games on my desktop computer, I prefer to play on an app. So I was pleased to see that Parimatch UK has both an Android and iOS app. You can download and install the app from the App Store or Play Store and both have solid customer reviews.
The Google Play App has a 4.3 star rating from 900+ reviews, and the App Store App has a whopping 4.8 star rating from over 5,000 reviews. Comments generally speak about the quality and usability of the app and the decent bonuses you can enjoy.
I installed the app on my Samsung Galaxy and immediately took a shine to it. That said, I think I prefer it to the desktop version as the layout looks cleaner and it feels more modern. The navigation has been converted to a responsive mobile design, and everything fits on your smartphone screen nicely without any horizontal scrolling.

I’m not a social media fan so I didn’t test the Facebook or X support methods, but I’m sure they are more than adequate. Instead, I used the live chat when I needed help. They use the standard all-in-one support feature that I’ve seen featured at many other online sportsbooks for this.

For individual bets, you’ve got endless variety for both futures and props bets. Futures bets include simple bets like moneylines, but they also have a range of special bets where you can place wagers on specific outcomes, such as who wins the Super Bowl or who will win the EPL. For each match, you can choose between a whole host of props bets for both teams and players.
Football has the most extensive coverage here; you can make bets on anything from yellow cards and corners to the top goalscorer or the full-time score. It’s possible to combine multiple selections within individual games, too, with the Parimatch UK bet builder feature.

There’s no difference with the odds at Parimatch compared to other sportsbooks I’ve tested. The odds are competitive and this holds true not just for popular markets like the EPL, but for all the lesser-known competitions too. I don’t think you’ll find any groundbreaking bargains here or super odds.

The best feature I like about in-play betting is the details of the stats. For example, you can see a heap of current match stats, but also head to head information and a timeline about the game. I just feel like this helps you make more informed live wagers.
There’s also some streaming available, although they don’t cover all events. I generally found that you could watch most of the horse races and greyhound races, for example.
