While I could have gone on raving about the awesome customer support at Betfred UK as part of my detailed review, things are slightly more muted at Bwin. I’m not saying the brand’s customer service is bad per se, but it is a little lacking in some areas – specifically the lack of a live chat function on the actual site.
Where Bwin does excel, however, is in the strength of its FAQs page, which is where most people will start their search for help. The brand has taken the trouble to answer just about every question under the sun about its products and services to the point where I’d almost be tempted to put money on you finding the answers you need here.
Elsewhere, I was also delighted to discover that Bwin UK customer support is very active on the brand’s social media pages, so if you have a specific question that you can’t find the answer to, it could be worth taking to Facebook to put their social team through its paces. I also had a positive experience with the Bwin email customer support channel, with the team responding to my enquiry within the day.
All in all, then, it’s a thumbs up for the Bwin UK customer support. I only wish they would add a permanent live chat function to the site for speed and convenience.
