• Idaho: Sweepstakes casinos cannot operate in Idaho, but a social casino can. • Nevada: Sweepstakes casinos are legal in Nevada but many operators haven't bothered to get involved, likely because of the prevalence of other gambling opportunities in the region.

Due to sweepstakes casinos being legal and available in most of the United States, they have continued to grow rapidly. The sweeps industry accounted $3.1 billion in 2022, and it's expected to reach $6.9 billion by 2025.
