Are the MrBeast sweepstakes casino apps a scam?

Philanthropist and entrepreneurial YouTuber Jimmy “MrBeast” Donaldson is appearing in a lot of ads for sweepstakes casino apps but is there actually a MrBeast sweepstakes?

MrBeast has been under a lot of scrutiny the past few months, with former employees accusing him of rigging challenge videos, participating in crypto dump scams, and doing illegal giveaways. As the accusations continue, is MrBeast also starting his own sweepstakes casino app and should you trust it?

A YouTuber with over 329 million subscribers on his main channel, MrBeast has since ventured into many businesses, including starting a direct Lunchables competitor, a nationwide fast food burger chain, and a chocolate bar company. Is a sweepstakes casino app next on his list?

Is the MrBeast casino app a scam?

While it can be quite convincing due to the rapid improvement of AI over the years, the MrBeast sweepstakes casino app is a scam. 

There have been images floating around all over the internet of sweepstake casino apps and games using MrBeast’s name and face. Some of the ads for these sweepstake casinos even feature what looks like interviews with MrBeast regarding the app – and claiming to win money on it.

While there are casino apps that use MrBeast’s name and likeness, these apps are not founded by or officially involved with the YouTuber. Using Photoshop, deepfakes, and AI, these apps are attempting to convince fans that the apps and services are associated with MrBeast to leech off his fame and gain user trust. This can be dangerous, since the apps are promising some pretty big winnings that are likely not accurate or in some cases even possible.

For example, there is a sweepstakes casino app called Ra Rich Dreams that has been sharing a deepfake video of MrBeast telling fans they are guaranteed $1,000 payouts when using the app. Other apps that have faked involvement with MrBeast include Candy Extravaganza, Plinko Whai, and SphereShift.

It can be difficult to tell whether or not an ad is fake these days but a dead giveaway is any promise of guaranteed payouts. Another is checking if MrBeast has ever promoted the app himself – and he has never once mentioned the app himself in any videos or advertisements.

Does MrBeast have an app?

Yes, MrBeast does have multiple apps, but they are not for a sweepstakes casino.

The first MrBeast app is for his burger chain, MrBeast Burger. The app includes a menu as well as the option to place orders.

MrBeast also launched a temporary app with MSCHF called Finger On the App. He used this app for one of his many challenges, with the goal being to never take your finger off the app. MSCHF is known for dropping challenge apps like this one.
