I’ve looked at core features that I think are important for your enjoyment including the game selection, Gold Coin and Sweeps Coin availability, and the usability of the website and mobile version, for example. So, if you want to try somewhere new, continue reading to learn more and find out my thoughts!

If you want to give this site a try you need to create a SpinsAmerica login and this allows you to get your welcome bonus and play the games.
99% of US social casinos I’ve tried have a welcome bonus which is exclusive for new customers. It’s their way of attracting new business and gaining a competitive advantage. SpinsAmerica does this and gives new players 100,000 Gold Coins and 2 Sweeps Coins as a new player bonus. This is OK - it’s definitely not the largest available and I would class it as an average welcome offer - it would be nice if they upped the free SC to 5, for example.
Another common feature I’ve found at this type of website is the VIP club which rewards repeat customers. There is a SpinsAmerica VIP club that everyone is automatically enrolled in when they register an account. I think this has OK potential, but many of the details and prizes you can get remain vague. You essentially work your way through the tiers by using your Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins, and when you jump to the next tier you unlock new prizes.
Examples of prizes include a monthly bonus, priority customer support, exclusive promotions, and personalized rewards. I’m not a fan of the priority support feature as I believe that anyone, regardless of their account status should have access to the same level of support. The monthly bonus does look OK though as it can include free Sweeps Coins.
SpinsAmerica sweeps casino uses Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins for its virtual currencies. Gold Coins are for fun only, whereas you have the chance to redeem Sweeps Coins for cash prizes if you have at least 100 SC and have met the 1x playthrough requirement for bonus SC.
You can get both these virtual currencies for free, but there are optional GC packages to purchase too, starting from $1.99. I tested the purchasing process and from what I could see, you can use Visa, MasterCard, or bank transfer to make the purchases. I had no issues with the purchasing system and the virtual currencies were always credited instantly to my account.
To make my SpinsAmerica reviews I also look at the gaming setup to see what entertainment there is. Currently, this operator offers 600+ games which is an OK amount, but I have seen multiple sweepstakes casinos that have 1,000+.
A comforting factor is that the games are generally provided by reputable iGaming developers. I found games from Mancala, BGaming, Pragmatic Play, ICONIC21, Fantasma Games, Relax Gaming, 4ThePlayer, and AvatarUX. These are all producers I’ve heard of. However, at the same time there are some developers who I’m not familiar with including Trigger, Storm Gaming, and Peter and Sons. I did some background research though and they are all licensed developers.
In terms of game variety you essentially have slots and live dealer games. This means that there are some missing game categories and I think SpinsAmerica still has plenty of room to improve its offering. For example, there are no arcade games, scratchards, Keno, or Slingo games. The slot collection makes up the mainstay of the game collection, and I do think there is solid variety.
I spent most of my time trying the live dealer games which are provided by ICONIC21. You can enjoy Crash Live, Dragon Tiger, Gravity Blackjack, Gravity Roulette, plus a range of other variants like Speed Blackjack and Auto Roulette.
For the slot collection, you also have a decent range of classic Megaways slots. I have always enjoyed playing this mechanic due to the number of paylines it offers. There is a heap of Pragmatic Megaways slots like The Dog House and Madam Destiny, plus other lesser-known titles like Megaways Mob. Overall I think there is enough gameplay variety for solid entertainment, but compared to some other sweepstakes casinos I’ve played at, the underlying game categories really need improving.
To give a comprehensive SpinsAmerica review I wanted to look at the site design and usability, and also explore if there was a mobile version available.
The underlying theme is essentially a homage to the Stars and Stripes and the red, white, and blue color scheme is pretty cool. However, I think the actual site design is a little basic and if you’re looking for something flashy then this isn’t the sweepstakes casino for you. On the flip side, I also think that people who are new to US social casinos will quickly be able to understand how it works and what you can do as there is plenty of help and banners for free virtual currency promos, for example.
My main issue with the site design though, is the game searchability. From my testing, I couldn’t find any search options to find specific games. Usually you get a search box you can type a game name into - I couldn’t see anything like that. Also, there’s no true way to search for games from a specific developer. I think the game searchability and how they categorize the different game types/themes needs improving, as for someone like me who generally knows what games they want to play, it can feel a little frustrating.
There’s no downloadable app for SpinsAmerica but I expected this - only a handful of sweepstakes casinos have one and most simply have a mobile-responsive version of their website instead. You can play at this operator on your mobile via a web browser like Chrome or Safari - just type the website address in and it will load as normal.
The mobile-responsive design is fine and it’s essentially on par with the desktop version. You’ve got the same features and color scheme, and I think they’ve done a decent job of making the site work fine on mobiles.
For every site like this there is also a range of core features that are important for your safety and enjoyment including support, licensing, and security.
Hopefully you’ll never need to use the support option but it’s great knowing how you can access it if needed. Click on the help icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the website. This opens the live chat box - you first have to enter your name, email address, and message to get started which is a little annoying, but I like that you can also upload files such as screenshots that could help the support team solve your problem.
Once you’ve done that you go in the waiting queue to speak to someone. I tried this four times for testing and each time I was waiting over 10 minutes which was OK, but I have had quicker response times from other sites. When I spoke to someone, they were helpful and were able to solve my queries efficiently. There’s also email support - support@spinsamerica.com, and the standard sweeps policy, terms of service, and FAQ page that provide additional information.

There is no chance of a SpinsAmerica scam as this site complies with US regulations. It doesn’t need a gambling license as it has no facility for real money deposits or gameplay, but it makes its games always free to play which is a must for this type of site. Also, it always gives you a source of free Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins which is another must-have feature. I have no concerns about the legitimacy or reliability of this operator.
Yes. The operator follows sweepstakes regulations for the US by making its games always free to play, and not allowing real money deposits or gameplay.
Yes. Whenever I’ve used the site there is SSL encryption and a HTTPS connection and I’ve always found a valid SSL certificate.
No. The only thing you might be able to do is redeem your Sweeps Coins for cash prizes. You need a minimum balance of 100 SC, and to have played with any bonus SC you have at least once before redemption requests are available.
Yes. I’ve always found the website and mobile version to have fast loading times and provide a smooth gaming experience without any connectivity problems.
