Brand reputation – is BucksJet legit?
To be honest, it’s difficult to say. And this right here is the primary reason I’d advise against playing with BucksJet right now.
Currently, a footnote at the bottom of BucksJet’s homepage suggests you can register an account here from all US states bar Washington, Idaho, Nevada, Montana, Connecticut, Delaware, Kentucky and Michigan so long as you’re over 18. However, I was unable to verify whether BucksJet is actually compliant with sweepstakes laws in these regions when writing today’s review, on account of the fact the site’s “Terms of Service” and “Sweeps Rules” pages simply weren’t loading up properly. This issue definitely wasn’t at my end, either - I refreshed multiple times, switched browsers and even tried out a few different WiFi networks (and my phone data) to no avail.
What’s more, it’s worth noting that the brand has a pretty worrying 2.9-star “Average” rating on TrustPilot right now, with some BucksJet reviews painting a real ugly picture about the brand’s services.
Other red flags for me included the fact that BucksJet currently displays a bunch of dubious five-star writeups on its homepage that I was unable to cross reference elsewhere on the internet… as well as the complete absence of any links to a responsible gaming page anywhere on the site’s main dashboard.
For the time being, then, I’d suggest steering well clear. Particularly as right now, better rated alternatives are verifiably legal in just as many US states, if not more. You can check the banners around this page to see some good alternatives.
The only good news is that – at a glance at least – BucksJet does comply with some of the major sweepstakes requirements. One of them being that the platform does not allow real money play or deposits, which is why you won’t find any

Payment options – is BucksJet secure and straightforward on the GC purchases front?
Sadly, BucksJet’s limited payment options were another aspect of the site I felt really let down by.
When putting together my BucksJet ratings for USA players, I actually found it really difficult to pinpoint which payment options were supported on optional GC purchases, as the options aren’t clearly highlighted anywhere on the site until the very last minute, after you’ve actually clicked through to purchase a GC bundle.
Ultimately, I found a small handful of secure options available - MasterCard, VISA, PayPal and Cash App. That’s all. These are payment options, not deposit options, as BucksJet does not accept deposits. As stated, you also won’t find a

Meanwhile, I found SC prize redemptions to be a bit finicky at BucksJet, too. The site’s 50 SC minimum redemption requirement is totally fair, but hefty processing charges of 3% apply to most SC redemptions – something pretty much unheard of among most of the site’s competitors.
Customer support – does BucksJet offer reliable contact options?
Currently, the customer support options offered by the site also leave a lot to be desired.
There’s no email support service available right now, and no FAQs page or “Help Center” of the kind you’ll find at other more player friendly sites out there, either. Meaning that ultimately, your only real option if you run into any issues here is live chat.
When I tried out the service for myself whilst putting together today’s BucksJet review, I found it was adequate, but not exactly what you’d call fast. On my first attempt, I didn’t hear back from anybody for around four hours, while on try number two, it took closer to four and a half. Not exactly impressive when most

User experience – is BucksJet’s social casino easy to navigate?
BucksJet’s homepage looks the real deal, with a trendy, dark mode inspired color scheme accentuated by neon green buttons and banners. But once I started trying to click my way around, I ran into several frustrating issues with the site’s usability.
First up, many of the links at the bottom of the homepage – including the “Sweeps Rules”, “AMOE” and “Terms of Service” tabs simply wouldn’t load regardless of which browser or network I was using. While some of the games, particularly the brand’s Megaways offerings, took much longer than expected to load, too.
After a bit of playing around, I soon realized that the site worked better on mobile devices than on my laptop, with Chrome offering the smoothest experience on my Samsung Galaxy Tab, and Safari faring a little better on my iPhone. That said, it’s worth noting that BucksJet doesn’t yet offer an app on either the App Store or Google Play. So, don’t come here expecting a high level of mobile friendliness.

Additional rewards – are there any BucksJet login bonuses or VIP perks?
Unfortunately, it’s slim pickings from BucksJet on the existing customer bonuses front, too.
The VIP program I saw advertised at the time of writing was offering incredibly meager level up rewards when compared against similar loyalty clubs offered by the competition. While I also really struggled to pin down any concrete information about how to get enrolled.
On a brighter note, I spotted a decent daily login bonus at BucksJet that was potentially worth up to 100,000 GC and 0.3 SC. However, fiddly consecutive login T&Cs apply if you want to actually get that amount, with the bonus starting out much smaller, then increasing incrementally over the course of a seven day promotional period.
As for other offers advertised on the site… Well, there isn’t really anything else to report here. At the time of writing, the brand’s Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) page wasn’t loading properly, remember? So I was unable to figure out how that offer worked. While I couldn’t find any official BucksJet social media accounts promoting bonuses on X, Facebook or Instagram, either - which is a real disappointment for a social casino.
Conclusion – BucksJet’s ratings are bad for a reason
While BucksJet sweepstakes casino’s 600-strong game selection seems good at first glance, I found the site to be pretty underwhelming overall, largely on account of its limited bonus offerings, sparse customer support options and poorly put together website.
