Rapidly growing crypto casino Gamdom has been getting an awful lot of press lately. So, I decided to try out Gamdom in Canada for myself, to see what all the fuss was about. Here’s what I found.
The first thing I noticed? The site serves up a hearty platter of all things iGaming, from essential slots and table games to online sports betting with a dash of esports. And after playing for some time, I soon realised the site’s provably fair tech and customer support were pretty special, too. Here’s my overall thoughts on the brand.
Welcome bonuses are pretty much a given when registering with a new crypto casino like this one, but Gamdom’s latest introductory offer ain’t your run of the mill sign up promo.
Upon registering with Gamdom casino in Canada, I found that players in permitted regions can qualify for an up to 60% rakeback bonus.. However, there are a few caveats…
My guide to the latest Gamdom promo code for Canada runs through all the juicy details, but basically, rakeback is tiered on the site, starting out at 6% and running right the way up to 60% once you’ve climbed your way up a loyalty ladder, and unlocked separate daily, weekly and monthly bonuses to “boost” your overall rakeback entitlement.
When I signed up recently from Vancouver, BC, I was able to snag a 15% “Rakeback Boost” for my first seven days of playing, but it took me a good while to reach the full 60% advertised by claiming other promos. I was also a bit miffed to see that at the time of writing, this casino oriented offer can’t be enjoyed on sports/esports, and no alternative (i.e., sportier themed) sign up offers were available. Though of course, this may vary depending on where in Canada you’re registering from.
The upside? The brand’s rakeback offer was a doddle to claim, and didn’t come with too many awkward T&Cs regarding off limits games. Just watch out for regional rules differences and remember that bonus terms can potentially be changed or updated at any time with this brand.
Finding your way around Gamdom never feels like too much of a chore, as the site’s layout is thankfully a lot more conventional than its somewhat quirky bonus.
The main landing page has big, boxy quick links to separate “Casino” and “Sports” dashboards (with esports bundled together among the latter), while a single collapsable menu found in the top left hand corner will take you anywhere else you need in a just couple of clicks.
A dark mode theme, much like BC.Game Canada, makes Gamdom real easy on the eyes, while slots lovers will be happy to hear games can be filtered by either genre, player rating or software house on the main casino page.
My Gamdom review was impressed to see a fair few unique site features on offer, too – including a “Pick Random” button for jumping into surprise casino games, a rapid fire “Quick Bet” widget over on the sportsbook, and an on-site chat room in the top right where you can connect with other gamers and/or bettors in real time while you’re playing.
Well… Yes and no. By which I mean that as of now, there isn’t a Gamdom app available for download from either the App Store or Google Play. However, Gamdom’s website is beautifully optimised to work on pretty much any device so long as you’re using a decent enough browser (think Chrome or Brave).
While writing today’s Gamdom review, I found that both the brand’s Casino and Sportsbook sub sites loaded up real nicely on Chrome. Both were actually marginally easier to use than when playing from a computer, too, as the overall designs were resized in a way that made each dash feel just that little bit less cluttered.
Casino game loading times were ace (particularly on games powered by Pragmatic Play) while Gamdom betting in Canada was a cinch, too, thanks to:
So, it’s top marks from me on the mobile gaming/betting front, then.
As a loud and proud crypto casino that’s not too dissimilar from Duelbits Canada, Gamdom supports a whole bunch of different cryptocurrencies on both deposits and withdrawals, including:
My Gamdom review found you’ll be able to drop funds or cash out whenever you like via the “Gamdom Vault” tab, which is as easy to use as you might expect. It ain’t all about crypto over here, either – in most regions, more conventional payment options like VISA, Mastercard and bank transfer are accepted, too, as are Skrill, EcoPayz, Apple Pay and a small selection of e-wallets. Naturally, CAD is supported as a currency option for gameplay, too.
While things might vary depending on which part of The Great White North you’re playing from, I found that crypto deposits were processed instantly whenever I funded my account here. Withdrawals were usually almost instant depending on the type of coin I was using, too.
That said, I’d advise against using bank transfers for withdrawals where possible, as these can take up to five business days to process at times. Clearly, Gamdom is a crypto casino at heart.
Gamdom is legit one of the best casino/sportsbook combo sites I’ve seen in a while for speedy support options.
During my time playing here, I was impressed by the brand’s excellent “FAQ” tab, which features a handy search engine that seems happy enough to dive into the darkest corners of Gamdom’s T&Cs whenever you ask it to.
Having said that, Gamdom certainly won’t leave you high and dry if you need to speak to an actual human being, either. Hit the “Live Support” link in the bottom right at any time, and Canadians like you and I can chat 24/7 with the team in multiple languages – including French and English.
There are several other support options up for grabs, too, all of which I found to be super speedy. Here’s a summary of waiting times:
Can Gamdom be trusted? Well, the site’s been going since 2016 and is run by the widely recognised Smein Hosting N.V. – So it's a big yes from me. The brand’s TrustPilot reviews are overwhelmingly positive, too. But is Gamdom legal in Canada?
Well, generally… Yes, it is. Canada’s gambling laws vary from one province or territory to the next, mind. So, I’d strongly advise familiarising yourself with your local regulations before playing (or placing any bets) here, particularly in regard to minimum age and local licensing requirements.
Nevertheless, in most parts of Canada, Gamdom is fully accessible at the time of writing, and the site’s own T&Cs certainly don’t list any Canadian regions as excluded territories, despite the brand being clearly off limits in other places, like the US and UK.
It’s worth noting that Gamdom holds a recognised license, too, and also offers:
So, when all is said and done, it’s a pretty tight ship. Just be sure to remain compliant with any local, provincial laws, and always play responsibly, yeah? Great stuff.
As I mentioned earlier, Gamdom’s bonuses are largely loyalty based. The way it works is simple – you can jump right into the brand’s “Royalty Up” program (sometimes referred to as “Rewards 2.0” from day one of registering.
From there, you can climb up 24 different rungs of a loyalty ladder by collecting XP whenever you play at Gamdom’s casino, unlocking the following along the way:
There’s a nifty “Progress Tracker” tool to help you keep on top of what’s what, as well as shorter term “Rewards”, “Reloads” and “Free Spins” bonuses to sink your teeth into as well.
My Gamdom review found you’ll basically need to combine all the above, and any one off bonus pop ups you encounter, to unlock the full up to 60% rakeback promised to newbies on the homepage – but boy is it worth it if you do.
“King of the Hill” promos and other slots tournaments with prize pools of six and seven figures are dropped at random on the site’s main promos page, too. So keep an eye out for these while you’re playing.
Gamdom probably won’t be breaking any world records for “most sports markets covered” any time soon, but all the biggest and most popular markets are certainly present and correct over here, including:
Basically, unless you’re into really, really niche stuff, I’m sure most Canucks won’t be disappointed – particularly as national favorite sports like ice hockey, tennis and basketball were generally offering the greatest varieties of leagues and live betting options at the time of me writing today’s Gamdom review.
Betting tools are beautifully simple here, too – you can make your picks and add them to a collapsable slip in the bottom right in just a couple of clicks. While the “Quick Bet” feature I talked about earlier comes in real handy whenever temporary odds boosts drop.
Gamdom betting in Canada is always a pleasure, not only due to the decent market coverage and easy to use betting tools, but because odds tend to be nothing short of excellent over here, too.
At the time of writing, I noticed a little bias toward tennis and basketball, though soccer odds on anything from the UEFA Champions League to Liga MX were generally very good, too.
“Boosted Bets” – Gamdom’s name for odds boosts – are unveiled daily, and can be added to pre-existing slips in just one click via the Quick Bet function, which is pretty neat, eh?
Live betting seems to be a standard staple of the site, but live streaming wasn’t up for grabs on Gamdom Canada at the time of writing. This struck me as a little unusual, because reviews for other regions suggest that the feature is available on some sports when accessing Gamdom from other parts of the world.
On the bright side, live betting odds were competitive across the board at the time of writing, and the process of placing a live bet was no hardship for me whatsoever – to cut a long story short, the site’s live bets work exactly the same as regular bets do.
Just as I found in my casino review, Gamdom Canada’s limits are fair and flexible for sports bettors too. I found that generally, you can start out from just a few dollars (depending on the game, match or event) and Gamdom won’t usually move in to limit you overly quickly if you start splashing the cash a bit.
Gamdom doesn’t cover a massive selection of niche or smaller sports leagues, but their fair odds on (and decent coverage of) the likes of soccer, tennis, ice hockey and basketball should be more than enough for the average, casual Canadian bettor.
It’s just a crying shame there’s no sports specific bonus up for grabs right now - which is one thing I personally would love to see the site improve on in future.
Gamdom casino in Canada is nothing short of superb from a software standpoint, and here’s why. Single out any game from Gamdom’s huge casino portfolio, and you’ll find it's powered by one of the market’s biggest and best software names.
There are 20+ different software brands listed in total, but my Gamdom review found that most of the slots and tables up for grabs are fueled by:
And there’s even a cool feature that lets you filter the games displayed on the main dash page by developer.
Much like BC.Game, Stake.com and other popular, crypto oriented casino sites, there are a handful of in house developed games to choose from on Gamdom, too, which you’ll find in the “Gandom Originals” category. But more on these in a sec…
Without doubt one of my favorite things about Gamdom from a casino standpoint is the brand’s utterly epic game range. There’s a monumental selection of more than 6,000 different titles to choose from in total, and these are scattered across all kinds of fun and entertaining genres, such as:
Any crypto fans among you will be happy to hear that all the Gamdom Original games offered are “provably fair”, meaning outcomes can be cross referenced for their legitimacy via blockchain. Meanwhile, games offered by other providers here come with watertight Random Number Generator (RNG) tech.
No matter which part of Canada you’re playing from, you’ll have the choice of hitting top rated slots like Sweet Bonanza and Wild Wildebeest Wins, first person blackjack and baccarat tables, or offbeat Gamdom Originals like Crash, Roulette and Hilo.
Game loading times and refresh rates are seriously fast across the board, and many slots, like Wanted Dead or A Wild, for example, qualify for special RTP boosts during promotional periods, too. So, it’s awesomeness all round, really.
Just like I found when reviewing SpinCasino for Canada not too long ago, Gamdom has an excellent range of live dealer games, too, the bulk of which hail from software heavyweight Evolution Gaming.
Gamdom is legit pulling no punches in this game category, either – there’s a whopping 600+ different IRL dealer games to choose from, and these range from sped up Mega Roulette and XXXTreme Lightning Roulette tables, to more laidback, lower limit game shows like Deal or No Deal and Mega Wheel.
Most slots at Gamdom start out from a very beginner friendly $0.01, but if you’re eyeing up tables, I found that the majority of these tend to be more targeted toward high rollers.
High limit games that’ll happily let you wager anywhere up to $10,000 at a time aren’t at all hard to find, while some of the Gamdom Original titles I name dropped earlier (I’m looking at you, Hilo and Crash) will even let some players bet as high as $60,000 per round.
With its casino only welcome bonus and massive selection of Vegas style games, Gamdom is undeniably an online casino above all else, and this really shows in the breadth and quality of its game selection and software.
Just remember that if you’re claiming that up to 60% rakeback bonus, you’ll need to chase a lot of loyalty points and level up rewards to get the absolute most out of it.
Gamdom Canada’s esports subsite is easy to miss if you’re not actively looking for it – basically, it’s a subcategory of the site’s sportsbook, and can be accessed via a small, box-like link in the top right hand corner of the main “Sports” dash.
Despite its somewhat unassuming appearance though, once you’re in, it’s a blast. Gamdom covers a small, though incredibly well balanced selection of different esports games, including:
The selection ain’t limited to first person shooters (FPS) and strategy games, either, there’s some pretty sound coverage of eCricket and NBA2K, too – though it is admittedly the likes of CS and Valorant that seem to have the most tournament options available.
Generally speaking, Gamdom is legit punching above its weight here for a brand that mainly markets itself as a crypto casino.
At the time of writing, I found that Canadians could bet on as many as four different CS leagues, including the International CCT Season 2 North American Series and the Intel Extreme Masters, as well as a handful of Valorant tournaments like VALORANT Challengers 2025 over in Japan.
Options on FIFA or NBA2K weren’t quite so diverse, but a few big name options were available – including the FIFA Valhalla Cup.
Gamdom’s main esports landing page serves up numbers on “Featured Matches” first, followed by “Live Matches”, with the most up to the minute odds displayed at the very top of the page.
I didn’t spy any real biases here – the numbers were pretty competitive all over. Though the “Boosted Bets” bonuses I mentioned earlier seemed to be limited to conventional sports only, rather than esports, which is a bit of a shame…
It’s a similar story here to what I found when covering Gamdom sports betting in Canada – live bets are supported, but live streams don’t seem to be offered in the region. On the upside, the act of live betting is a cinch – the one click betting tools offered here are about as easy to use as they come.
Gamdom is by no means a massive esports betting site, but their selection of FPS, MMO and sportier esports odds is pretty darn good, particularly if you enjoy following the biggest Valorant and CS tournaments. Here’s to hoping an esports bonuses gets added in the near future, eh?
Gamdom offers a pretty wild selection of 6,000 slots, roulette games and baccarat tables right now, most of which are powered by Pragmatic Play, No Limit City and other major brands.
Gamdom is legit, licensed and available in a ton of different countries, though the brand’s T&Cs do list the USA, UK, Germany, Sweden and a few other locations as being totally off limits at the time of writing. In Canada, the site is fully accessible. Just be sure to pay close attention to your local, provincial iGaming laws before playing.
Unfortunately, no – you can’t. At the time of writing, I was advised by Live Support that Gamdom’s up to 60% rakeback offer is the only welcome bonus available. That said, the brand shakes up its promos pretty regularly, so there’s a good chance new sports and esports offers might drop any day soon.
Offering iconic slots and tables from top software brands, an easy to use sportsbook and a small selection of esports markets to enjoy, Gamdom pretty much has it all. And to top it all off, their customer support is lightning fast, long term rakeback rewards are available in spades, and Gamdom’s site is a real joy to use regardless of what kind of device you’re playing from.
Just be mindful that the brand’s welcome bonus isn’t your average deposit match or free spins offer, and is effectively a casino only deal for now. What’s more, there’s no app available just yet, which means you’ll need to play from your smartphone or tablet’s browser (I’d advise Chrome here) instead.
To register with the Gamdom from an eligible Canadian region and snag an up to 60% rakeback bonus today, simply follow any of my banner links on this page.
